Openbox v5s load loop

I cannot get a response from my openbox v5s, it is stuck in a load loop. I have tried eromupgrade but only have ethernet to connect the computer to the openbox and have had no success. Are there any solutions to this problem???

it will need reflashing framware is corrupt if its in booting loop you need to use Upgrade tool https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?resources/425/

You'll need the null modem cable as well, I've used one with USB with success

I have only got an ethernet cable for now? I will try and get an rs232 cable and use the upgrade tool?? I do not know what com port I have heard it is com1 or com2.

ive tried the above and no success , ive been told my box maybe a clone , will that make a difference ?
