One dvb s2 tp not scanned

Hi i am from Sri lanka and Dialog Tv is our DTH service. Ina Dreambox 800se we could get all tps earlier. After some sort of upgreade in dth we no longer able to tune in to this tp. Not only DM bot Openboxes as well. But a friend imported a Alps M tuner for his DM 800HD and he is able to tune this. How can this happen? Thanks
