Offline Downgrade?

there is one thing you guys have to know ...
you can downgrade offline with anyregion changer

just download the files from nintendo and place them in the correct folders

I will do but i wont get another wii to try on until Mon, question for you sir, why are there more files with the 3.2e?

not being fussed about the others i don't know

i will try to find out.

if u look at the us and jap at the bottom, (and 3.2e) they all go in the IOS00001/00002 folder, maybe the others just below the first set of 3.2e files go with all regions?

we'll see mate lol

try this chaps, Pal region only. i've downloaded 3.2e files off Nintendo servers and put them in their proper folders ..

could put it on the root of Softmii package and let me know if it works ?

as anyone tried this then two ppl tell they downgraded offline but didn't say if they used these files, i'm not a mind reader thx i'm asking because i dont know wether it does or not still lol no Wii here to test

Didnt work for me , tried two different cards , one with your pack of files and the other with paths as specified above as your pack does not have an IOS folder , still looked for network connection then failed with both

i've put two Any Region Changers in, one is normal 1.1 the other is Mod5 (Starfall type hacks included, to use with Softmii 2.1.1)
