what box would work in watford and any idea where i could pick one up???

given friend pace ntl box who lives in the watford area, i am from myself in the hemel hempstead area, the pace box worked in hemel hempstead fine but does not work in the watford area, cant find channels. Any ideas would be gratefully helped.
