my last 2 bills have had £10 late payment charge on there, wtf it goes out direct debit on the day its supposed to AND £20 reconnection fee IVE NEVER BEEN DISCONNECTED BY NTL IN MY LIFE.

i said youre charging me £20 for reconnection when my bband has not been disconnected ? yes it have , i have it here in front of me on the screen she said,
OMG cant go on my blood is starting to boil agaqin

NThelL is rubbish (not the word i use but i be polite).

Got to give them there due tho. Their Free internet service is ok most of the time and their freeview service is second to none.

So no complaints here. lol
