New exchange server in domain

Hi, i have 2003 exchange in a domain, the server has 2 mirrored disks, no expansion for more, (poweredge 1850). it has 2 partions, 1 50 gig, which has 32 priv1.edb and 18 gig stm, also the transacton logs are pointed to the same partition, so as you can see , i'm a bit stuffed, i have managed to free 2 gig on the other partion,and pointed the logs to the partion. so i have a bit of breathin space.

i have a shiny new server comin and bigger disks, never added another to the same domain before, do i install exchange then add it to the domain!! i pretty confident in replicating my boxes and mailstore etc, but can i give it the same name. if so how would i had it without conflicting, would the users auto point to it because of the name!!!

any help would be great, i'm doin a lot of readin about it on the technet site, but a yes , no, or maybe would help.
