New Anti C/S cards?

Got to work to find a new sly viewing card for the display receivers has arrived. Wasnt expecting anything, so, followed the instructions for swapping it over (old card out then in, new card in, wait for message, re insert old card, wait for message, then re insert new card) and all works well

Then i chucked it into a DM7020 roud:

Its not recognised at all

NewCS knows theres a card there, but cannot read a single thing from it.

Has anyone else received anything?

yep, it knows the cards there, but not recognising it

I feel sorry the guy who designed that smartcard as his feet aren't going to touch the ground and must be sacked by now...

Looks like they forgot to add the message "Insert This Way" with an arrow for the thickies who have no idea which way round they need to insert the card into a sly box

It's chip down in a DM7020, and I thought you were an Installer. Amateurs, nice try but no cigar. :err:
