ok for those that live in that or any area in fact

on your subscription box unplug from wall socket then on the box press and hold all the time the up and down arrow buttons on the box

then plug in the power still holding down on these buttons you will get a engineers menu then let go of the down and up buttons

in there you will find your netid and frequency and symbol rate

press the right arrow on subscription box to flick through the pages where you will find this information


write this information down then post on here

to get out of the engineers menu simply unplug from mains and plug back in

your area

your frequency

your symbol rate

your netid

and please share all the above in here if its not on post 1


this is just incase the listed ones are old and if they not correct then post your new details or correct details for future use

if and when you share your details please try and remember i will delete the posts after i add the information

i've noticed some area's of bradford required 40962, if you set the box to 40961 as listed you lose your FTA if in a TW 40962 area - you can get round this by using fxp and copying a working service file for TW40962, if you can select 40962 then excute your scan this should create the correct service file for that area without using fxp
so maybe
