Finally got the bowl chuck for my lathe and this is my first ever attempt at turning a bowl, not bad if I say so myself never done anything like this before.

you tube comes in very handy for tips and tricks :)
I seen a guy who had a lathe.. i presume your wood is forced on to a turning machine and you rest your blades against it thus shaving?? interesting hobby.. its something id like to try one day...

I have to say its cost me about £300 with all the extras, Chuck, Chisels lathe , etc but I really enjoyed making that gets me out the house :)

PS any one got any logs (not shit) they can send me :)

I've got half a caramel one here naps, was saving it for later but it's yours if you want it mucker. ;)😁

The small one with the medal inserted is only there as I went to thin and middle popped out :), so I come up with that idea

I like fixing stuff. I know someone who has an unusual hobby. He has a personal museum made up of things he has bought a long time ago and some newer things. For example, computing and photography devices.

I like to DIY and homelab. Building servers at home and watching as it automate my digital life have always been fun. Aside from that fps gaming has always been a big part of my life although lately VR is my new go-to for gaming!
