my hdtv dont work on pc

ive got a 26" samsung hdtv

you know the one, the common one with built in freeview


but wen i hook it up

from my pc to tv

it connects but i get a black screen

what shall i do

mine did that when i got my sony lcd, i had to hook it back upto my monitor and change the resolutions on my graphics card, my lcd only accepts certain ones should tell you which setting to use in your tv manual

checked the graphic card setting, set it to dual monitor
