MW2 Map Packs

I have a PS3 with 2 users accounts. If I buy MW2 map packs are they available for all users or will each user have to buy them individually.

once you buy them anyone on the ps3 can view them plus if you buy them up to 5 people can use them by signing in as you downloading then going back to their orig id
