You could always sneak up to the communal dish in the dead of night and stick a monoblock on it!! Just make sure you do it right and no-one will be any the wiser unless it ever breaks down!! Even if some bugger is up at night watching porn they wont bother to report that is gone down until the morning and by then you will have it done!!
