I seem to remember it's on Orrions server m8, if not I should have it somewhere, let me know if you want to set up an ICQ transfer or something.

Then again I would have thought it was widely available on winmx or kazaa etc.

You can download ICQ from www.icq.com I'm sure there will be some user guides on there also.
