BBC News - Brexit: Tears and relief as the UK's MEPs bid farewell
Tears and relief as the UK's MEPs bid goodbye roughly £15 million a year to keep these lot in a job, i use the word "job" very very loosely.

No wonder the majority are remainers, I bet their gutted to lose £320 a day expenses on top of their 72k take home pay number.

And they get 6k for every year they've been doing f""k all.

They have to have been a m e p for minimum 12 before qualifying for a pension.

Most have been one for over 12 months. One of the biggest winners is Farage an MEP for over 20 years plus.
MP's MEP's alike are in it for us?, not a bad number I say.

I'm sure if many wanted to be like Farage, for the expenses and salary, they were able to try.

The thing is, he's far better than most; better orator, better in political arguments in front of a camera, a proper statesman.

I hope his reform party rolls on in the UK.
