Lost all my Maps, TomTom XL IQ ROUTES Europa Holiday Edition

Hi every one, this is my first post here with a serious problem I have with my tomtom, After an update my tomtom was frozen so I moved all whats on tomtom's memory to my pc and done a update "I dont know why :Angryfire" Tom Tom Home software offered me some maps I downloaded and later I moved all stuff back to tomtom,s memory, now I can not get it back to originall state. Can some one please please help me to put my device back to normal again.

Have you tried connecting your device to tomtom home (available from official tomtom site) and see if you can restore it? Give this a try and see how you get on.

Hi I already managed some updates but maps are gone, I had 45 lands indtalled now nothing.
