Hi, Does anyone have a good working windows logon script on Microsoft SBS?
Looking to run a script on each window client to allow mapping of network drives, printers and a way of using my documents stored on the server for each user rather than on the client desktop. Also is there a way to copy the outlook email profile? Currently when a user logs on to the client for the 1st time, outlook starts the wizard asking to configure it from the start.

Thanks

This VBS maps drives depending on group membership

Code:
You don't have permission to view the code content. Log in or register now.

You'll need to setup roaming profiles for Outlook or use the autodiscover settings which setup the account based on the user account each time they log into a different computer. Personally Im not a fan of roaming profiles, my users have redirects which redirect core things like desktop, favorites, my docs to the server. All the other rubbish like application data can stay on the machine as I dont want to waste backup resources for that.

Thanks for the help. I will give it a try and may come back to you if I get stuck.
