Hi Guys,
Got a weird problem here:
When I log in to my profile it comes up with q2uantum logged in to XBOX Live BUT if i go to the XBOX Live Tab the box below my profile still says CONNECT to XBOX Live ??? If i click on this it tried to log in but just comes back to the screen and stills says Connect to XBOX Live??
I have called support up and they suggested recovering my profile - which i did and its still the same. They then suggested the latest update hadnt installed properly so directed me to the download page to manually install the update. Now im no thicko but when I try and do this (burnt to CD and DVD) it just says Mixed Media Disc for whats in the drive and wont start the update. I have checked the dashboard details and im sure its up to date on the latest one (2.0.6717.0).
Anyone any ideas why:
1) I can connect to live but it says im not when trying to get demos etc
2) I cant manually install the update (will it actually let you if you are uptodate??)
