Locked out of Gaaxy S3 mini

Predicament:
S3 mini locked out. Pattern is known but cannot be used.

Wifi off
Data off
So cannot use Google password.

Adb off

Same account used over a few devices. 2nd stage pin not set.

Solutions/suggestions please.
