i could do with a square threaded bar knocking up
the size of the thread im need is 3/8" dia by 8 tpi and about 300 mm long and square thread,not a acme thread. ive had a few quotes to get this done and its outrages prices has put me off
the screw is for a vintage lathe that im restoring,ive opted out to make a new
cross slide (longer) and the screw is for that,i cannot send the part where the feedscrew
goes thru as it part of carridge/apron but i can send the old feedscrew
