What is the latest ATV2 OS, and is this an untethered jail breakable OS?

The latest OS is 5.2 (6010.96), commonly reffered to as IOS 6.
It is jailbreakable by using seasonpass, and XBMC is confirmed working on the ATV2 with the most recent updates.

I run ATV2 Black, and you can install it via nitotv or maintenance.
