How to Install Project Cypher:
•Open Kodi
•Select SYSTEM > File Manager
•Select Add Source
•Select None
•Type the following EXACTLY Index of /repo and select Done
•Highlight the box underneath Enter a name for this media Source
•Type RoboRepo (or whatever you want to name it)
•Select OK
•Go back to your Home Screen
•Select SYSTEM
•Select Add-Ons
•Select Install from zip file
•Select RoboRepo (or whatever you named it)
•Select Repo
•Select repository.OperationRobocop.zip
•Wait for Add-On Enabled notification
•Select Get Add-Ons or Install from Repository (on Isengard)
•Select Operation Robocop Unltimate Repository
•Select Video Add-ons
•Select ProjectCypherTV
•Select Install
•Wait for Add-On Enabled notification

Project Cypher is now installed and ready to use. As usual the add-on can be accessed via VIDEOS > Add-Ons > ProjectCypherTV

Gone through the post dont think this has been posted yet , its another wizard by Chris B called the Beast, this needs to be installed just like the wookie "clean install" use fresh start in the program add ons.
the repo address you need to put in by opening your Kodi up going to file manager

this is as good if not better than the free version of the wookie wizard by mettlekettle.

the only problem i found was i had to install kodi version 14.2 helix not 15.0/01/02 of isengard

You will need to just try it.
I wont bother with it again as it tried to go pay last time and also struggled on live events with overload.
