Where did you buy the kitchen from? we had one firm round and before he even started he was like this little section of you kitchen will cost easily 10k but its a big kitchen so will cost more.. showed him the door
The comparative quotes kicked off around £22k and never got below £13k. A large glass of Shiraz helped with the shock!
Which is why I always prefer to have a bespoke kitchen built by a good local chippy. Works wonders for the blood pressure and the wallet.
