CD & DVD joining bin files

i have a 3 disk vcd in bin format with cue file on my hard drive. is it possible to join all 3 and burn direct to dvd in if it is what is the best software to use ?

No direct way to join the bin files afaik.
What you can do:
Use a software like WinISO to extract the files out of the .bin images.
THis hould give you the MPEG files in case it's a VCD. Those files then can be joined together and burned as one movie onto DVD m8.
