set the LO to 18750MHz, so a scan on 20185, 25000, 1/2, DVB-S2, QPSK

The LNBF needs to be Left Circular Polarised for Ka-Band (20.185GHZ)

I have just bought a hughes ka LNB from the usa for sarosat at 9 east,should have the ka lnb by the end of next week.

I dont think you will be able to tune circular polarity signals in with std technomates you need the linux ones.
