hi guys i have downloaded bbc iplayer via the xbmc-addons installer tho wen i go onto it and select the program i want to watch it goes most the way through loading and says ERROR - too many consecutive failed items anyone no y this is doin it...

which version of the iplayer plugin are you using. iplayer was changed a while back (its why it stopped working on the wii via safari and they had to release a bespoke version)

as i understand it thi sis the current version

if your using that one is there anything in the xbmc.log
