2, can a blocked imei number be bypassed so you can use the phone again?

1, YES can be unlocked
2, NO its illegal, and carries a prison sentence if caught

A friend of mine wants to sell me his iphone 5 which he has on a contract, he has run into trouble, with the mrs, but I think when he stops paying them they will block the phone, can this be unblocked? or would that be the IMEI block?

it will be IMEI blocked, these can be unblocked and IMEI changed but its total illegal its a risk m8, but the hardest part will be finding someone to do it.
