ip logged help plz

can some one tell me what happing to my computer.lately its slowed down ive checked everything on it and found no virus..i also get rid of my junk on a weekly bases... but now ive noticed every time i come off a page im on it says ip lodged im realy new to this stuff so even the basics loose me ....im trying <img src="rolleyes.gif" border="0">

dont worry about iplogging its just web sites way of keeping track of ppl that visit and can be blocked if they offend any other users of the site.
