just recieved this email from my bank

Recently a number of customers of other major financial institutions have been subjected to a hoax email scam requesting that they divulge personal information, including PIN details and Internet Banking passwords. Northern Bank emphasises that you should be very suspicious of any email, no matter how authentic it may appear, that asks you to reply with your personal information, or requests you to pay bills or log on to a website that is not the official website of the organisation. Should you receive any such email in relation to your Northern Bank accounts, please disregard it and immediately call the Internet Banking Helpdesk on 08456 **5 67*. Support is available Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm. Always ensure that you access the Northern Banks Internet Banking site by entering www.nbonline.co.uk into the browser address bar, or by using your bookmarks and favourites, and not by clicking on links in an email. For further details on security please visit our security page which can be accessed via the Internet Banking homepage.
