internal or external hard drive 1tb - 2tb

Looking for a decent internal or external 1tb - 2tb hard drive for pc. I've got a 1tb external hard drive but i think its on its way out, I goty a few errors last week with it like
external hard drive error cyclic redundancy check
external hard drive error code 43 windows 7
anyone point me in right direction of a decent one cheers

Got a My book WD 2tb from maplins in Glasgow for £85
n when i got home i had an email from maplins with a 4tb for 100 so I bought that as well
will get £15 vouchers to spend in January
