Huawei & Windows 10

I cant get my P8 Lite 2017 to even get connected to my Windows 10 laptop. Doesnt even register in devices or computer management console.

Works fine on other machines running Windows 7
Tried a few leads and all USB ports.

Any ideas?

In your dialer, type in *#*#2846579#*#* then select in background>usb hisuite and there you have it...

Yas!!! Got it. I had to use the original cable. I have 4 others and non of them work
