iPod How to reset/clear/update Video Ipod ??

Hi All

Going to stick my old faithfull Apple Ipod 30G Video on Ebay as i have the new touch one.

It is still crammed with stuff and i do not know how to get rid of it all ??

Is there some way to set it back to factory settings ?

Also it is paired to my pc, do i need to do anything so the new owner has no probs with it ??

Also how can i check it has the latest f/ware intalled ???

iTunes for all of that just reinstall the firmware and it will clear and make sure that it's not set to sync. The new owner will need to set it up again anyway if they want it to sync with their library.
