Skybox F3s how to record from the sky box f3s

Hi all does anyone know how I can set up this box to record from tv? I know that I wiill have to add a flash drive via usb but how do i configure the box to do so?

I don't have one set up its still in the box but you will have to format hdd to fat32 for it to record

hi
i have a f5 skybox, i just plug in a memory stick into the usb in the back of the unit!. then the usb device is detected as indicated on the screen.
then basically all i do is select the channel and press the record button !the stop pause etc. buttons are there on the remote
i am sure the f3 is the same .it work well, but does not give you the option to automatically stop recording at the end of the programme

I think it will be same as f5s. you will have to put a flash drive USB or external hard drive and then use colour buttons on remote. not sure!!
