Use the IPK install file and install it just like on any other e2 box ftp to tmp and telnet to install.

If you installing just the bouquets not the installer then they too install like on any other e2 box with dreamset or DBE

Are you trying to install the channel updater plugin?
Are you trying to manually update/transfer the bouquets?
