how do u dump a ps2 and burn HELP

I dont want to use a straight copy wizard to back up a game i want to actually dump a original game into a file I tried alcohol image making wizard but i ended up with 2 files a large MDF and a small MDS

ive also downloaded lots of games in this format but i cant find sofware that supports MDF only MDS

someone please help im pulling me pulling my hair out surely if alcohol made the file it can burn it

easy software that supports MDF and burns these files would be a real help

Thats fine as alcohol will recognize those files to burn (at a later date) if thats what your trying to do.
