how do i check the power board

got a Eurovox 2. Looks like the power board is no good. I replaced the c14 capcitor with a 1000 microfard one , but still the same, how do i check to see if the power board is gone.?

hi try measuring the voltage on D7 D8 D9 D10 D11 D12 if all is there then your power board is ok it might need J Tagging
