It is available in both I think - the suffix needs to be C for cable or S for Sat i.e DM800C is cable

the dm800 has a changeable tuner so you can swap it for sat cable or terrestrial

yip looks about the best i have seen, twin tuners, can have one sat one cable and record off both as you watch a third from the hdd. (No support for ccam 2.09 for those who use. but ccam 3 is suppossed to be out soon for it to solve any issue. )

You have to remember that there isn't a lot in the way of Hi-Def programming available on the cable platform so if thats what your after then you will be very disappointed.

ipbox is a good machine but the sotware lets it down. but its comming up there are couple of teams working on the images.
