iPhone HELP - Transferring ALL my details etc from an iphone 4 to an iphone 4s??

Hi Guys

I love the interface on the iphone BUT NEVER use itunes at all, cant understand it and never put a song on my phone.

Can someone guide me through the steps of transferring all my info/notes/contacts etc,i have some IMPORTANT details on my 4.

My current 4 is on ios 7.0 (11A465), not sure what the 4s is on,it starts up with HELLO, etc, asks forsimetc.

HELP!!!!

Turn on iCloud on the phone, you can select what u back up there.

Some people hates iTunes but I have no bother with it. You may need to enable the side bar (from the view menu) so you can see it and your library of music, apps, podcasts etc
