Ive come into a prob with my new windows 7 and i found a good guide which i hope will come into some use to people.
Yesterday my memory was totally maxing out (99%) and i shuld think some others have had this problem and heres the fix
Fix wmpnetwk.exe In Windows 7
please rember to only do this if you dont share files and if that soloution doesnt work then disable it.you can easily enable it again at a later date.
