help pls with sb500i

right the problem is my sb500i d/ls at 20 meg for about 40mins then drops straight down to 500kbs and thats it sticks around their,but if i put a 10meg mac on it its fine and d\ls at that speed, any ideas!!!!

just a quick thought have you reached the download limit on the 20meg mac ?

does it on all the macs ive put on it had an sb4100 before and it did the same wen i put 20meg macs on it i thought it was the modem that couldnt cope ,not so sure now.

sounds like you are getting traffic managed between 4 and 9 does it do it before 4 and after 9 as well ?
