help please with (Interval hehehe)

I have just formated my comp and I downloaded WinRar and with it I seem to have downloaded a virus. A pop-up reading "Interval hehehe!!! Interval hehehe!!! Interval hehehe!!" kept appearing on my screen and i can now no longer access certain websites including google can you lads helpthanks hairy

try this

1. Reboot Windows into Safe Mode and perform a virus scan.

Make sure you have a clean Windows host file located at C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc. Open the hosts file with Notepad (or some other text editor) and replace all the text in hosts with the text below. 1. Run Spybot - Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware to get rid of any other malware.
2. Clear your internet browser’s cache.
