help needed for eurovox max

:Angryfireplz help!i have a eurovox max(blue),i tried to run latest file update,it is jumping from com1 to com3!i have reset box to factory settings.lost half my channels.i am using a usb to serial comm cable,recommended by guy in maplins.plz help.cheers.

...there are two ways to sort this....when it does this quickly remove the power from the reciever and then put it back in..shud sort it....if not...just reboot your computer with everything connected....hopefully once your computer is back on line ...you shud be able to flash the box....good luck
