help needed for a video

a friend of mine little boy has changed the codes and locked thier video its a sharp model any-one any idea how to fix it ,it wont even run on safe mode when its turned on the screen just shows a small padlock

Look in an argos book or catalogue they always have the main customer services for sharp in uk,

explain to them yerv kids have locked it up, an youve just bought it,

theyll give you a default unlocking code ,

i had a similar prob about 8 mths ago,

they are very good and only 2 willing to help,
