help for technomate 5402 hd

i just get my new tm5402hd .i patched ltest sotfware panthaon and adon was successfull , my ip adress was ok my problem is when i use my cline by two ways first by usb server list and manual and i press ok for connect no server list is connecting i don't know what is a problem i need a quick help
itry the same cline to tm500 super is working pls help me

Can somone move this topic in TM section ?

Have you used an internal Private Ip adres. It is better to use the Ipadress.
Can you 'ping' your technomate ?(from a pc/laptop)
Also be sure you have correct Subnet / GW / DNS.
