[HELP!] can't use task bar?

i have no idea, i have run ESET [nod32] and malware bytes and nothing found? i can't minimize any thing as when i click on the task bar along the bottom all i get is that noise as though a window is open and needs to be closed 1st? any ideas? i have to go to my computer (icons on the desktop i can click on) and then go to my computer > c: > program files etc and run stuff from there......

mate top! thanks, sorted it was a trojan called FYNBEN.B that was the cause of it, cheers! no idea how i got it like, but sorted now - thanks!
