most people dont know but microsoft by default takes 20 percent of ur download rate wich if u ask me is cheeky but this can be easily solved go start run type in gpedit.mrc click Local Computer Policy–>Computer Configuration–>Administrative Templates–>
Network–>QOS Packet Scheduler–>Limit Reservable Bandwidth
when u get to it it will be disabled but by default microsoft takes 20 percent

yeah sorry people miss spelt it in was in a rush its gpedit.msc and when u get on it enable it and set it to 0 cas wen its disabled microsoft takes 20 percent as a default setting
