Polyphony Digital has confirmed that production of racing game Gran Turismo 5 for PS3 and PSP is "moving forward".
The studio launched Gran Turismo 5: Prologue in March, but there has been no further news on the full game.
However, Polyphony Digital boss Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed that Gran Turismo 5 and Gran Turismo PSP are still in the works.
He told IGN: "There's no real plans that we can discuss just now, but production is moving forward."
According to MCV, the Gran Turismo racing series has sold over 50 million units since it was first launched on the PlayStation in December 1997.
