Got a Pandora - What do i need to put on memory card ?

Got myself a Pandoras battery and have a memory card. Have read that you just need some files on the mem card with pandora inserted and just follow instructions. What are the latest files to go on the card ? Is it as simple as just pressing 'x' to install ?

What version will this update to ? Or shall i just add the 5.00.PBP file to the main root of card ? As above mine updaters to 3.88 and i want it to go straight to 5.00 if possible.

it updates to 4.01 M33-2/ and will need the Official Firmware Update for 4.01
