I rooted my Galaxy Nexus about 4 months ago, all was well, played around with some ROMs etc and updated to ICS 4.0.4, decided last night to try the new Jelly Bean ROM that's going around but have discovered that I can't get into recovery mode, Clockworkmod (CWM) recovery comes up with this error: an error occurred while attempting to run privileged commands. Going by what I've read online it looks like I've lost Super User (SU) rights, I've followed a few guides but can't get SU to give rights to CWM. Any help much appreciated.
