Just noticed this.. I buy a lot of my stuff from them, but face to face at a local PC Fair in Carlisle.

They don't appear like the kind of guys that would have extensive T&C's so you may be in with a shout if you contest it m80.
 
Good luck with that, happened to me a couple years back but it was with a large chain of stores, and yes they had to honour the deal once they had confirmed the order and taken the cash. Needless to say I never bought from there again though :D
