FTA 101 Help

someone has given me a fta101 cable receiver but i cannot get the loader to update nething ive looked and tried all the solutions here ami doing something wrong???im new to this part so would like a bit of help jsut to get box updated to recent fix

you will find the loader on the big maq toolbar m8, once you have the toolbar all the software you need is on it with a tut

right ive tried a null cable which is shipped with new boxes ive read somewhere that these dont work as it needs to be a straight lead ( not sure whether its true) but a question i wanna ask is what does the crypt fix actually do? as im new to this i was just wandering what changes it will make to the box if any??? please any information on this is most valuable :Clap:

ou can buy a serial cable from maplins mate, and the crypt fta file is the fix for the keyroll change (it will unscramble the channels)
